Stuffed paratha/roti canai with beef filling base cooked with onion, garlic, ginger & coriander infused with curry flavour.
Preparation:
Keep in the freezer until best before the day or time for serving.
Thawing at room temperature for 2-4 hours. Before cooking it in a pan. Alternatively, you can also use a microwave to cook frozen murtabak. Wrap the murtabak in a damp paper towel and microwave for 2-3 minutes per side.
