Recommended operation method:
microwave heating
1. Thaw at room temperature for about 3 hours
2. Remove the outer packaging and poke holes in the sealing film ((Do not tear off the sealing film))
3. Microwave heating for 3 minutes (700W)
4. Peel off the sealing film and enjoy your food!
steamer
1. Allow to cool at room temperature for about 3 hours
2. Tear off the packaging and sealing film
3. Place in the steamer for about 15-20 minutes
4. Make sure it is fully heated and enjoy your meal!

For delivery - Royal Mail First Class is up to 2kg.
This means you only need to choose one product with GBP 5.8 for the shipping fee.
We will pack it in cold-storage bags to extend the shelf life by 5 times, and also attach ICE-PACKS to the shipment to keep it cold and deliver it to you.
Only shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
Because there will inevitably be delays when shipping by express delivery, we will only refund frozen food unless it is delayed for 5 days. Thank you for your understanding.
