I am Brazilian and have learnt to make brigadeiros as a child. They have always been a favourite and I love creating different flavours for it, as well as using them on cakes, brownies, cookies, chocolate bars and Easter eggs! I used to be a journalist and my passion for travelling and exploring brought me to England some 14 years ago, where I settled and now have a family. Chocoballs started as a hobby around the time of the Rio Olympics, when I had 2 young children, and grew to be a business I’m proud of!
